We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Data Analyst (m/f/d) to join our CWS Hygiene team at our Duisburg location.

As a Salesforce Data Analyst (m/f/d) you play a crucial role in ensuring that our business decisions are based on reliable datadriven insights. You will be responsible for extracting analyzing and interpreting data within the Salesforce platform to support our strategic objectives. Working closely with stakeholders you will maintain data quality create impactful visualizations and drive process improvements through datadriven solutions.
Extract clean and validate Salesforce data to ensure accuracy and consistency
Maintain data integrity by deduplicating records and resolving quality issues
Be responsible for lead uploading and dashboard creation for regional sales teams in Salesforce to underpin campaigns
Conduct indepth data analysis to uncover trends and insights
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance metrics
Create dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau Power BI or native Salesforce features
Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and documentation
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design datadriven solutions
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment on objectives
Develop workflows to improve data operations and automate repetitive tasks
Support change management by documenting processes and ensuring smooth transitions during updates

You have 3 years of experience in data analysis or management roles preferably within Salesforce
You have strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM; certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator) are advantageous
You are proficient in Excel (advanced formulas pivot tables) and familiarity with SQL or ETL tools is a plus
You have strong analytical skills to derive insights from complex datasets
You are experienced in visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
You can work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams and effectively communicate with stakeholders
