Job Description

Are you passionate about Orientation Week and are looking to get involved Then OTIS is the place for you! This low commitment role provides essential support during Orientation Week while contributing to the atmosphere and traditions that defines Queens Engineering.

As an OTIS general member your main responsibilities are:

Helping step up Orientation Week events: Water stations snow fencing scaffolding speakers and anything else that FREC Committee needs to run Orientation Week successfully

Working with a team of over 70 individuals to help run Orientation Week

Acting as a general resource to ensure Orientation Week runs smoothly

Applicants must be available for OTIS training as well as Orientation Week (last week of August 2025 and first week of September 2025

The application deadline is March 26th at 11:59pm.

Interviews will be conducted from March 29th April 6th and will be group interviews.
