Overview of the role:
Part of the EMEA FP&A team working closely with the FP&A Manager to provide financial support to the EMEA leaders and EMEA Corporate function Leaders. There will also be the opportunity on working on adhoc projects to improve and streamline financial processes across EMEA.
Main role responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly/quarterly forecasting planning and close reporting
- Assist with financial reporting for Senior management and key stakeholders presentations
- Support planning and analysis of Corporate functions spend
- Pipeline Reviews
- Support collation review and analysis of adhoc reporting
- Continuously improve FP&A processes tools and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Demonstrable Experience in a similar role supporting FP&A manager
- Workday Adaptive Planning (preferred) Power BI and Netsuite experience advantageous
- Experience with financial reporting software would be advantageous
- Advanced Excel skills (Xlookups Pivots)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Great communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Proactive and hands on mentality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced computer literacy skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Selfmotivating and collaborative attitude
