Job Description

We are seeking a talented energetic students to join the Procurement team in our Milton location as Procurement Compliance Coordinator CoOp for the duration of 4 months (May 2025 August 2025

What you will be doing:

As the Procurement Compliance Coordinator for the Procurement team you will be operating at the core of our business where your analytical skills will lead to better decisionmaking throughout the entire value chain. Together we make our business run smoothly and contribute to our companys development and growth. Within your field you can work on a variety of assignments alongside our procurement finance and operations teams. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities but a typical day would entail:

  • Build relationships by supporting local business in staying compliant with our policies.

  • Get to know the team when managing the vendor onboarding process.

  • Liaise with several members of our global sourcing procurement team to assist with compliance projects.

  • Act as a single contact for support and assisting the Sourcing and Procurement team with vendor compliance in various systems

  • Above all taking pride in relationship building to set our team and Rockwool up for continued success.

At the end of your assignment you will have the opportunity to share information about your experience with other students and with ROCKWOOL management.

What you bring:

  • Currently enrolled in postsecondary education in business supply chain finance or equivalent field.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Previous internship experience or parttime work in customer service is a plus.

  • Understanding the basics of sourcing compliance and vendor management is a plus.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.
