Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager Speech and Text Analytics to lead the development and enhancement of AIdriven speech and text analytics solutions. This role will be responsible for defining the product strategy roadmap and to drive innovation enhance customer experience and maximize business value. The ideal candidate has a strong background in AI/ML speech recognition natural language processing (NLP) and text analytics along with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Define and execute the product vision strategy and roadmap for speech and text analytics solutions.
Identify market trends customer needs and competitive insights to shape product direction.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering data science UX and business stakeholders to ensure product success.
Product Development & :
Work closely with engineering and data science teams to develop AIpowered solutions for speech recognition sentiment analysis keyword extraction transcription and entity recognition.
Define product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business impact and customer needs.
Ensure timely delivery of highquality product features.
Customer & Market Insights:
Gather feedback from customers sales teams and industry experts to continuously improve the product.
Conduct user research analyze usage data and track KPIs to measure product success.
Identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation in speech and text analytics.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product development and strategy.
Present product updates business cases and performance reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
Work closely with sales marketing and customer support teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
2 years of experience in product management with at least 1 years focused on AI/ML speech analytics or NLP solutions.
Technical & Domain Expertise:
Strong understanding of speech recognition NLP and text analytics technologies.
Experience working with AI/ML teams to develop datadriven products.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and AI/ML frameworks.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with technical and nontechnical teams.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with contact center analytics or conversational AI.
Handson experience with speechtotext APIs sentiment analysis tools and AIpowered transcription services.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to speech and text data (e.g. GDPR HIPAA).
