OurDevelopment Engineering Technician Senior will perform experiments for the SkyWater Advanced Technology Services (ATS) Engineering team.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate to Development Engineers on nights/weekends when ATS material is not moving in the factory.
- Troubleshooting and disposition of nonconforming material.
- Performs standard and advanced engineering experiments from our online ATS Technician Request system.
- Will become proficient to process wafers across all fab toolsets 100.
- Develops work instruction process and metrology recipes and refine for results.
- Utilize continuous improvement and engage colleagues within operations group to eliminate waste and improve product quality.
- Operate with a reasonable level of independence.
Required Qualifications:
- AAS and 3 years or BS and 03 years experience in a semiconductor fab or lab environment. Will also consider relevant semi experience in lieu of degree.
- Strong understanding of Semi processing in one of the following areas: Photo Etch Thin Films CMP or Implant/RTA.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office
- You will be on B Shift which includes a 10 shift differential and defined as Sunday through Tuesday in one week and Sunday through Wednesday in the other week from 6:00 pm to 6:15 am 12.25 hours per day with a 30minute unpaid meal period in midshift.
- U.S. Citizen Required:This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience with engineering experiments
- Prior experience with RSC writing and changing engineering specs
- Demonstrated experience with SPC
The hourly range for this role is $26.85 $40.27 per hour. (This role also offers a shift differential of 10. Pay offered is based on many factors including but not limited to the jobrelated experience skills education and credentials of each candidate.
