Fox Motors has a Brand Specialist opening in Grand Rapids MI at Fox Audi Grand Rapids. You would contribute to our overall vision Working together moving people throughout life by developing and maintaining trust with our customers that will build longterm relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Audi Brand Specialist youll immerse yourself in the world of Audi from the cuttingedge technology to the industryleading luxurious design. You wont just sell cars; youll bring Audis performance and prestige to life for each customer and work to guide them through the purchasing or leasing process. This dynamic opportunity combines product expertise with unparalleled customer service leaving a lasting impact on every Audi enthusiast you meet.

The Brand Specialist is a trusted position in providing remarkable purchase experiences. As a Brand Specialist you interact and consult with customers utilize dealership systems to complete followup and provide the highest level of customer service to build longterm business. Fox Motors is looking for a Brand Specialist that is competitive careerfocused and has a drive to be innovative in a professional and dynamic sales environment. No previous experience in automotive sales is necessary if you are someone with bartender personal trainer or hotel & hospitality experience youll love starting your career at Fox.     • Build Strong Relationships: Its all about the longterm. Youll connect with customers on a personal level ensuring they feel valued not just during the sales process but also as part of the Audi family long after the purchase.
    • Drive Brand Ambassadorship: Youre not just selling cars; youre living and breathing Audis premium brand ethos. Represent Audi with enthusiasm confidence and a true passion for what makes us different.
    • Collaborate & Innovate: Work alongside a dynamic team of sales professionals and marketing experts to support and execute exciting events promotions and new initiatives that elevate the Audi experience.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience.
  • Previous experience in automotive sales luxury retail or a customerfacing role is ideal.
  • Remarkable communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or overachieving on sales goals.
  • Team oriented attitude with a highenergy personality.
  • Ability to work days nights and weekends as needed.
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new products.
  • A deep understanding and passion for the Audi brand and its product lineup.
  • Proven sales acumen with a track record of achieving goals.
  • Techsavvy with the ability to work with CRM systems and digital tools.
