About This Role: Family Medicine Physician
- Family Medicine Physician
- Clinic Location: Mesa AZ
- Outpatient MF Schedule 8am 5pm
- Primary Care
- Wonderful support team
- The Physician provides medical oversight expertise and leadership to ensure the delivery of the highest quality affordable care to their community

- Complies with all policies procedures protocols and our Code of Conduct
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of and experience with managed healthcare systems including quality assurance quality improvement risk management and population health and disease management programs
Background Desired:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
- Able to acquire Arizona State Medical License
- Desire to work in the clinic/primary care setting
