What Youll Do with Us:
- Customer Advocate: Perform detailed vehicle inspections diagnose issues and provide clear honest recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Trusted Guide: Communicate service options timelines and costs with transparency ensuring each customer feels confident in the decisions they make.
- Efficiency Expert: Schedule appointments and coordinate the service departments workload to ensure timely highquality repairs.
- Team Collaborator: Work alongside technicians and your colleagues to create a seamless service experience from start to finish.

What We Need from You:
- Experience: Previous experience in automotive service advising or customer service is highly preferred.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of automotive systems diagnostics and repair procedures with a passion for continuous learning.
- People Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with a knack for building strong relationships with customers.
- TechSavvy: Proficient in using technology for estimating scheduling and managing customer communications.
- Background Screening: Must be able to pass a preemployment background and drug screening.
