OPENIBD Gastroenterology Clinical Research Fellow at the University of Edinburgh and the Western General Hospital.
Fixed Term Contract 3 Years.
Full Time 35 Hours Per Week.
The Opportunity:
We are looking to appoint a clinical research fellow in Inflammatory Bowel Disease with a view to completing a 3year PhD in the Centre for Genomic and Experimental Medicine at The University of Edinburgh. This post is fully funded for 3 years through the OPENIBD project that brings together 7 sites in the UK with the Welcome Sanger Institute in a collaboration to recruit 2000 patients with suspected IBD and collect biologic samples at the time of diagnosis to create a unique inception cohort and biorepository for further research.
This post is fulltime 35 hours per week); however we are open to considering parttime or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a noncontractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular oncampus working.
The salary for this post is 48287 to 68710 per annum.
