Your role as VicePresident Partnerships and Commercial Operations
Reporting to Jennifer Buckley SVP Commercial your role will be to cultivate and elevate Dialogues most strategic partnerships transforming them into mutually beneficial relationships that drive substantial growth and innovation. By leveraging your expertise you will spearhead initiatives that position Dialogue as the premier partner of choice ensuring that each collaboration reaches its fullest potential. Your leadership will be instrumental in aligning crossfunctional teams optimizing commercial operations and creating a seamless partner experience that fosters longterm success and aligns with our broader organizational goals.
What youll be doing:
- Driving Business Growth: Spearheading Dialogues expansion by developing and managing partnerships with key Carrier Partners Advisors and Brokers
- Innovating Partnerships: Strategizing and executing new partnership channels while maintaining and strengthening existing collaborations to ensure sustained growth
- Elevating Key Relationships: Cultivating and deepening relationships with critical stakeholders to elevate Dialogues position as the premier partner of choice
- Creating and Executing Strategic Plans: Leading the development and of a comprehensive business strategy aimed at expanding and nurturing strategic relationships across Canada
- Negotiating HighValue Deals: Leading complex contract negotiations with Csuite executives to secure longterm highimpact partnerships
- Leading a HighPerforming Team: Building mentoring and managing a dynamic team of partnership professionals driving excellence and fostering a collaborative culture
Wed love to hear from you if you have:
- 7 Years of Experience: Demonstrated expertise in partner management and business development with a proven track record of driving successful partnerships
- Industry Experience: Familiarity with the benefits provider insurance virtual healthcare or SaaS sectors with a deep understanding of these markets
- CSuite Sales Experience: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Csuite executives influencing decisionmaking and driving business outcomes
- Partnerships in Complex Industries: Proven experience in creating or managing partnerships within healthcare complex technology industries or similar sectors
- Contract Negotiation Success: A history of successfully negotiating complex contracts ensuring mutually beneficial terms that support longterm business goals
- Adaptability in FastPaced Environments: Comfortable thriving in a rapidly evolving dynamic organization with the ability to pivot and execute under pressure
- HandsOn Leadership: A handson leader who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves and actively engage with the team on key pursuits and projects ensuring alignment and
