Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of compelling ServiceNow product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Support the sales team in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to gather and understand customer requirements.
- Customize demo environments to align with customer use cases and business processes.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features solutions and industry trends to effectively address customer needs.
- Participate in workshops and discovery sessions to analyze customer pain points and objectives.
- Maintain and update presales documentation templates and tools.
- Provide postdemo followup and technical support for potential customers as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic knowledge of ITSM PPM or IRM concepts.
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform is a plus but training will be provided.
- Strong communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with problemsolving capabilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fastpaced technology environment.
- Teamoriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in ServiceNow ITIL or similar frameworks.
- Experience in customerfacing roles such as sales consulting or customer support.
- Basic understanding of SaaS and cloudbased solutions.
