Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior ServiceNow PreSales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role you will play a key part in supporting the sales process by demonstrating the value of the ServiceNow platform understanding customer needs and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of compelling ServiceNow product demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Support the sales team in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to gather and understand customer requirements.
  • Customize demo environments to align with customer use cases and business processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features solutions and industry trends to effectively address customer needs.
  • Participate in workshops and discovery sessions to analyze customer pain points and objectives.
  • Maintain and update presales documentation templates and tools.
  • Provide postdemo followup and technical support for potential customers as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Basic knowledge of ITSM PPM or IRM concepts.
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform is a plus but training will be provided.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with problemsolving capabilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fastpaced technology environment.
  • Teamoriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in ServiceNow ITIL or similar frameworks.
  • Experience in customerfacing roles such as sales consulting or customer support.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS and cloudbased solutions.
