Job Description
Healthcare Regulatory Compliance Manager
A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to oversee and maintain our facilitys adherence to healthcare regulations accreditation standards and quality excellence initiatives. This key leadership role will ensure our organization maintains the highest standards of compliance while supporting our mission of delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all regulatory compliance and accreditation activities across the facility
- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance monitoring systems and processes
- Manage relationships with regulatory bodies including CMS and The Joint Commission (TJC)
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure continuous compliance
- Partner with department leaders to implement compliance improvements
- Provide education and training on regulatory requirements and best practices
- Create and maintain documentation for regulatory submissions and surveys
- Lead preparation for accreditation surveys and regulatory inspections
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Nursing or related field
- 3 years of healthcare compliance or quality management experience
- Demonstrated experience with CMS regulations and TJC standards
- CPHQ certification or equivalent healthcare quality certification
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and accreditation processes
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal abilities
