High Quality Health system seeks a Family Medicine Physician to work in Oakland Maryland! 10mins from Deep Creek Lake and 1hr South of Pittsburgh!

- This group is a West Virginia based health system with a small critical access hospital in the area.
- Group has 12 total locations and over 500 providers
- Been located in the area since 1928.
- 55 Bed Hospital with great work life balance
Providers Role: Family Medicine
- Location: Oakland Maryland 10mins from Deep Creek Lake)
- Fully Outpatient
- Assess maintain and improve the health status of individuals in the community.
- Provide Acute Preventative and Chronic Disease management.
- Serve as a role model of professionalism to all members of the interdisciplinary health care team. Collaborates with all other practitioners and clinical support staff to form a high performing team.
- Documents all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record. Documentation must be clear concise accurate updated and in sufficient detail.
- 4 Day Work Week
- 20 Patients per Day
- No Call

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
