Currently we are looking for Graduates to join our Business Process Excellence team in Athens. The teams mission is to help clients understand reimagine and continuously improve their business processes through businessled technologyenabled approaches that deliver valuable and longlasting tangible benefits. Our team supports companies across various sectors (with a focus on Energy) in their transformation journey from strategy to to achieve superior customer experience and operational excellence.

Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team

Participate and provide support in an extensive and diverse portfolio of clientfacing engagements and initiatives contributing to the preparation of proposals project deliverables reports and presentations.

Research and analyze challenging subjects related to Energy and crossindustry business operations and technology.

Participate in client workshops that involve understanding current practices identifying pain points and improvement opportunities and coshaping the desired target state.

Utilize various data sources and methods to analyze clients current business practices to diagnose issues comprehend root causes andhelp develop pragmatic solutions and recommendations for improvement.

Accumulate and apply knowledge of best practice methods for business process modeling reengineering and improvement (e.g. BPMN Lean Six Sigma) as well as business process management systems.

Support more senior members of the team in delivering assignments efficiently on quality and on time.

Develop and nurture working relationships with team members clients and other stakeholders.

What we are looking for

Selfmotivation for continuous learning and development and a strong desire to work on multidisciplinary teams and projects.

01 year of previous working experience preferably within a professional services environment or the energy sector.

Excellent academic background from a toptier university with a background in Engineering Computer Science Management Mathematics Statistics or relevant discipline.

Excellent knowledge of the English language.

Excellent knowledge of MSOffice applications (MS Excel MS Word MS PowerPoint).

Exceptional collaboration communication and interpersonal skills and a teamplayer mentality.

Commitment to providing high quality work.

Ability to assimilate ideas and information into elegant written spoken and visual communications.

Inherent interest in research and keeping up with the latest trends and a passion for developing innovative solutions.

Critical thinking agility and an aptitude for creative problemsolving.
