Job Description
You Will Excel in This Role If You Are:
- Skilled in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications
- Experienced in coding with JavaScript HTML CSS and other scripting languages
- Comfortable integrating thirdparty software and APIs using REST and SOAP
- Knowledgeable in ITSM frameworks and Agile methodologies
- Detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills
A Day in the Life Of:
- Enhancing and modifying ServiceNow workflows logic and forms
- Developing and implementing scripts business rules policies and ACLs
- Integrating APIs to improve system functionality and automation
- Troubleshooting and resolving software issues
- Collaborating with team members to improve ticket routing and status tracking
Must Haves:
- TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or four additional years of SWE experience)
- Two years of experience developing and customizing core ServiceNow applications (Incident Problem Change Knowledge Service Catalog)
- Four years of IT application systems experience in technology solutions delivery
- Experience configuring ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements
- Experience integrating thirdparty software and APIs using REST and SOAP
- ServiceNow System Administrator or ServiceNow Application Developer certification
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Knowledge of AngularJS JSON or other ServiceNowrelated languages
- Experience with ServiceNow Implementations (four years preferred)
- Strong understanding of ITIL best practices
