Job Description
What Your Day Will Look Like:
As a senior construction inspector youll monitor the contractors onsite construction activities and inspect materials to ensure compliance with plans specifications and other contract documents for excavations drainage facilities road surfaces and structures. Youll take field measurements of pay items report the contractors daily production rates and schedule work and inspection phases with the contractors superintendent and agency personnel. Providing support to various project procedures particularly in documentation development for the final estimate package. Youll mentor and assist in the management and training of other construction inspection staff. The senior construction inspector reports to the project administrator.
