Summary of Position: TRANSFORM EDUCATION WITH US Are you ready to be a catalyst for educational innovation Indiana Wesleyan Universitys School of Integrated Learning and Development (SILD) is seeking a visionary Project Manager to orchestrate our next chapter of academic excellence. In this pivotal role youll drive comprehensive project management initiatives that shape the future of our academic programs from curriculum development and grants to special programs that enhance student success.
As our Project Manager youll be at the forefront of academic innovation leading the curriculum approval process and fostering vital collaboration between faculty staff and academic partners. Your expertise will be instrumental in shepherding projects through their complete lifecycle from initial concept to successful implementation. Youll chair curriculum meetings that define our academic future while ensuring our catalog and website remain current and accessible.
This position demands a strategic thinker who can masterfully navigate the dynamic landscape of CAPS and National & Global functions. Youll leverage industryleading project management methodologies and digital tools including Smartsheets and specialized software to transform complex processes into streamlined success stories. Your ability to balance competing priorities with strategic insight will be crucial as you work across departments to achieve educational excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
- KEY IMPACT AREAS
- Lead SchoolWide Innovation
- Spearhead comprehensive project management for curriculum development grants and special initiatives
- Chair curriculum meetings and oversee the IQM2 process
- Drive the curriculum approval process from conception to implementation
- Strategic Process Management
- Orchestrate project lifecycles using industrybest practices
- Leverage project management software and Smartsheets to optimize workflows
- Champion the use of cuttingedge project management tools and methodologies
- Guide academic partners through curriculum process management
- Create scalable processes that enhance processes and procedures
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Provide direct supervision to the Coordinator of Operations and student workers
- Foster crossfunctional partnerships across CAPS and National & Global divisions
- Navigate and prioritize multiple stakeholder needs with excellence
- Create an environment of collaboration and innovation
- Build bridges between academic and operational stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned

Education - Bachelors Degree required Masters Degree preferred
- Project Management certification preferred (or actively pursuing (willing to) certification)
- Commitment to continuous professional development
Experience - Core Competencies
- Demonstrated success in project or operational management 5 years preferred)
- Expertlevel proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Advanced skills in collaborative technology platforms like Smartsheets
- Proven track record of process improvement and operational excellence
