We are looking for a Learning Solutions Analyst II to join our team in either Edmonton Calgary North York Ontario or Houston Texas.
Supporting the effective operations of Workday learning the Learning Solutions Analyst II is accountable for troubleshooting issues and responding to Neocase tickets. This role also supports projects from start to finish.

What You Will Do:
Provide technical support to endusers resolve system issues and troubleshoot problems related to Workday Learning.
Ensure timely resolution of any technical issues to minimize disruption to the learning process.
Create validate and support EIB load files and support clients as needed.
Follow and contribute to Workday Community to stay updated on features and updates and understand how enhancements relate to other parts of the application to proactively suggest improvements to optimize the overall learning experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop appropriate learning solutions using Workday Learning.
Request Learning Partner Learning Coordinator and Reporting Analyst user access and review rolebased training results.
Update user guides and documentation to help employees navigate and effectively use Workday Learning.
Create Workday Learning courses and offerings.
Functionally test digital courses.
Stay up to date with Workday releases assess the impact of updates and participate in testingof new features.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data security standards within the Workday Learning module.
Who You Are:
Bachelors degree in human resources Information Technology Education or a related field.
2 4 years of experience in LMS administration/support (preferably Workday Learning).
Proficiency in metrics reporting dashboards and analytics.
Strong problemsolving skills including the ability to proactively address daytoday issues and challenges.
Strong ability to communicate technical information to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Ability to learn new applications quickly. Strong understanding of technology.
Experience in instructional design or elearning content development.

Highly disciplined about handling confidential information and working with minimal direct supervision
