Im currently working with a wellestablished multidisciplinary practice in their hunt for a Senior Architectural Technician for an initial 36 month contract with a long term extension. This is an INSIDE IR35 position with a rate up to 34/hr Umbrella depending on experience.
This is one for those who have extensive experience of working on complex builds. With a large increase in projects within MOJ MOD Life science schemes/Labs you should ideally have a background or recent experience in these areas area. If you dont have specific experience in the 3 sectors mentioned then other complex building experience could be suitable.
Its a pure technical position meaning youll be producing stage 4 detailing packages on a regular basis so youll need to be able to demonstrate a strong understanding in this area. Additionally youll need to be up to scratch with UK building regulations. Revit fluency is a must youll be using Revit from day one so it is vital youre comfortable enough to work on such software without much in the way of management.
Youll need be able to gain security clearance for this position given the nature of some of thew work.
