POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Revit and AutoCAD a solid understanding of architectural principles and a passion for contributing to impactful design projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of building types and scales from initial concept through construction documentation and project delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Develop high-quality architectural drawings and 3D models using Revit AutoCAD and other design software
*Support the design and documentation process across multiple project phases and typologies (including healthcare education civic and commercial)
*Collaborate with project managers architects engineers and consultants to integrate design intent with technical solutions
*Attend project meetings and assist in translating client and stakeholder input into coordinated design outcomes
*Assist in code research product selection and the preparation of presentation materials
*Participate in internal design charrettes and contribute to creative and inclusive studio culture
QUALIFICATIONS
*Bachelors or Associate degree in Architecture Architectural Technology or related discipline
*5 years of architectural design experience preferably within an architecture firm
*Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD is required; experience with Adobe Creative Suite SketchUp or Enscape is a plus
*Strong understanding of construction documents technical detailing and building systems
*Ability to interpret and generate architectural drawings from conceptual design to final documentation
*Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
*Strong written verbal and visual communication skills
*A collaborative mindset with the initiative to work both independently and in a team setting
