You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailYou will be an integral part of the Operational team responsible for delivering highquality work readiness interventions that improve the soft and hard skills of program participants.
Effectiveness of the interventions will be measured by improving the job readiness and employment preparation that lead to job placement of the individuals we serve.
Facilitate inperson and virtual job readiness and other programrelated workshops for customers clients and participants.
Work with project leadership to evaluate the success of job readiness and other programrelated workshops.
Participate in workshop content development recommend workshop content improvements and coordinate workshops with program and community partners.
Participate in offsite program orientations
Manage workshop signup and signin process
Track workshop attendance
Create monthly workshop calendar
Facilitate assigned staff training
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
You are a selfmotivated and flexible team player.
You consider yourself to have strong organizational interpersonal and communication skills.
You have the ability to train and instruct others in a group setting.
You take pride in your customer service skills and are familiar working with videoconferencing systems.
You have a bachelors degree or higher in human services social services education or a related field and are ready to make an impact.
Want to stick out above the rest Wed be blown away if you are bilingual or have previous experience working in social services and with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in education social services communications and/or 2 yrs relevant experience in customer servicerelated fields facilitation or training.
