Test Technician

The Test Technician is responsible for performing calibration on accelerometers for production.

Your daytoday work may include but is not limited to:

• Performs precalibration and calibration duties per the product specifications
• Utilizes specialized precalibration software
• All work reviewed and certified by minimum Calibration Technician III or Higher
• Performs error free production testing in an assigned area with limited cross functional interface
• Measures and records data per work instruction requirements and document nonconformance
• Provides daily support to meet the production demand
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment
• Assists other Calibration Technicians and other departments on an as needed basis
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Professional Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in electromechanical assembly.
• Must be to read and understand assembly drawings.
• Advanced schematic reading and ability to trouble cable assemblies.
• Advanced reading writing and shop math skills.
• Experience soldering miniature parts under a microscope.
• Use of simple hand tools such as crimpers and ovens.
• IPCA620 certification.

Personal Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be accurate and organized with high attention to detail
• Good communication reading writing and math skills
• Knowledge of electronic principals

Compensation

$19.00 $21.00 per hour
