Vice President of Engineering
Reports to CEO
Location Small town on the east coast of the U.S. of A
Compensation a solid start of a sixfigure base
Capable of leading a department team of 20

1. Do you KNOW Engines in general
2. Do you KNOW internal combustion engines
3. experience from John Deere Cummins Caterpillar CNH or similar
4. Do you consider one of your strengths to be in R&D
5. PLC
6. College Degree BS Mechanical Engineering MSME and/or Ph.D
7. SolidWorks LabVIEW Mastercam MATLAB GT Suite Ansys or similar
8. Proactive rather than reactive
9. A Fast mover with high energy to motivate & mentor the team
10. Capable of delegating authority
11. Is acceptance of a company relocation package acceptable to you & family
