We arecurrently searching forFulltime Materials Manager Assistant to work MondayFriday andwho can work cooperatively with staff and physicians and perform a variety of tasks.
The assistant to materials manager is responsible for maintaining adequate supplies of inventory for the facility and receiving all items coming into the facility.
Utilizes computer system to order supplies and maintain inventory system.
Stocks incoming supplies and orders supplies by using POs.
Assists with accounts payable process.
Assist in the business office areas.
Candidate mustpossess a high school diplomaor equivalent; two or more years clerical experience preferably in the health care environment. Knowledge of medical terminology is required. Prior knowledge of insurance benefits and preauthorization is desirable. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
