Salary range: $69156 $70667 per annum 13 superannuation.
This position is responsible for supporting the Team Leader in overseeing a team of Labourers Plant Operators Truck Drivers and Contractors in the undertaking of asphalt paving civil construction and maintenance activities.
Role accountabilities include supporting the Team Leader to:

You will have experience in civil construction including supervising employees in highrisk environments operating asphalt pavers and managing the safe use of small plant and other construction equipment. With a positive attitude and strong communication skills you will be able to provide clear instructions and build rapport with team members. A passion for working in a collaborative team environment along with a flexible and responsive approach to a variety of tasks makes you an ideal fit for this role.
