Job Summary: As Tilray Beverages has grown acquired new brands and entered new categories the role of consumer marketing and the overall consumer experience has increased. Tilray desires to be seen as a major player in the alcohol/beer brand marketing space and creating an Integrated Consumer Experience (aka ICX) is a critical part of that new experience. The ICX department manages all digital social and PR communications including websites and social media all activations with sponsorships and partnerships and the creative and packaging for all our brands. These processes are often very manual and require human attention. The ICX Intern will work on various projects and float between the three teams that report to the Senior Director ICX. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with website updates ensuring content is current and engaging.
- Support social media updates including content creation and scheduling.
- Help with event management including planning coordination and .
- Participate in the design and creative process contributing to workflows and project management.
Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing Communications Graphic Design or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Must be 21 on or before June 9 2025
Preferred Skills: - Experience with website content management systems (CMS).
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
- Event planning experience is a plus.
