Join Our Team as a Mobile Domestic Living Support at McCarthy Stone!

***Get a 250 joining bonus and a further 250 when you pass probation.***

Location:Covering Nailsea Clevedon areas You must have a valid UK driving licence at the point of application to be considered.

Developments:Coleridge Court Bucklands

Hours:15 hours per week

Hourly rate:12.24 per hour Travel expenses covered and up to an additional 1.30 for working evening and weekend hours

DomesticAssistant Responsibilities:

• Domestic support and housekeeping including weekly homeowner apartment cleans laundry service and communal area cleaning
• Supporting in the Bistro or Restaurant
• Opportunity for overtime within nearby developments
• There is also the opportunity to develop your skills and train further to become a Duty Manager should you wish to.

Skills and Experience:

• A caring personality and the want to make a difference to peoples lives!
• Experience of domestic cleaning would be ideal or experience of working in a customer care or service role in a similar environment such as health & social care hospitality retail domestic services or even caring for a family member.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleaning
• Considerate patient and professional
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Be friendly and approachable
• A hardworking diligent nature and good time keeping
• Providing personalized support to residents helping them make the most of their retirement living experience.
