Job Description
Job Title: Team Manager
Location: Stockport
Working hours:Monday to Friday 9:00 17:00
Rate: 40 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available for a qualified Social Worker Team Manager. They are looking for a new member to join the Hospital Discharge Team in Manchester with a pay rate of 40 per hour.
What will your responsibilities be
In this role you will be working within a busy environment ensuring flow and the support of staff to deliver safe and timely discharges. You must have experience in working with partners including ICB Health and 3rd party sector. As a team manager you will needto be reliable flexible dynamic and able to perform under a pressured environment. Additionally you will ensure the supervision of social workers attending and chairing safeguarding COP MDTs and any other professional meetings.

Qualifications and Experiences:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Must have at least 3 years experience in Social Work
- Experience of multiagency working
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
