BTST takes an individualized and strengthbased approach to care as we realize that each persons need and required treatment modalities are unique and vary case by case.
TYPES OF EMPLOYMENT:
- FullTime (with billing minimum)
- PartTime (with billing minimum)
- PartTime No Minimum PTNM (no billing minimum required)
WHAT YOULL DO:
- Provide mental health services including assessments to individuals and families during sessions.
- Prepares correspondence progress notes and other records on individual progress.
- Provide the necessary care and support to help patients cope with various life challenges to improve their lives.
- Ask questions and listen to help patients explore their thoughts and feelings.
- Provide highquality evidencebased care to improve outcomes.
- Demonstrate the knowledge and ability to adhere to the areas of regulatory compliance professional standards and ethical practices.

Qualifications
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Masters degree
- 12 years of experience providing therapy to children and families
- Must have an active LMSW LCPC LGPC or LCSWC) in the state of Maryland
- Excellent written interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Sensitivity to and understanding of cultural diversity and special needs population
- Willing to see clients in person.
