The KLEO Community Family Life Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to
empowering individuals and strengthening communities through education advocacy
and social services. We provide a wide range of programs including youth
development violence prevention housing assistance and community engagement
initiatives.
Position Summary
KLEO Community Family Life Center is seeking an IT Manager to oversee and develop
our IT infrastructure across multiple locations. The IT Manager will lead efforts in
cybersecurity network management software implementation and IT support
ensuring seamless operations and safeguarding the organizations digital assets. The
ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in building and managing IT
departments with expertise in enterprise systems cybersecurity and
telecommunications.
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Network Management: Develop maintain and secure the
organizations IT infrastructure ensuring reliable internet network and telecom
operations across multiple sites.
Cybersecurity & Compliance: Implement and enforce cybersecurity best
practices ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and safeguarding
sensitive information.
Software & Systems Administration: Oversee enterprise systems cloud
services and software applications to improve operational efficiency and data
security.
IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and training for staff
addressing hardware software and connectivity issues.
Strategic IT Planning: Develop and execute a technology strategy aligned with
KLEOs mission and operational goals.
Vendor & Budget Management: Manage IT vendor relationships procurement
and budgeting for ITrelated expenses.
Project Management: Lead technology projects including system upgrades IT
policy development and integration of new tools.
Qualifications & Experience
15 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in IT leadership roles.
Strong expertise in network infrastructure cybersecurity software
administration and enterprise systems.
Experience implementing and managing cloudbased solutions and IT
security protocols.
Knowledge of nonprofit IT needs and compliance regulations is a plus.
Strong problemsolving leadership and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related
field (Masters preferred).
Industry certifications (e.g. CISSP CCNP ITIL PMP) are a plus.
