Job Description

PGLS is looking for a ThaiLanguage Instructorto teach an intensive course for an adult professional onsitein Seattle WA. This position is for a class starting on March 2025 for around 8 months 800 hrs).

Requirements

Educated native or bilingual speaker.
2 year(s) of classroom experience teaching Thai language to adult Englishspeaking students.
1 year(s) of teaching experience in a smallgroup classroom setting.
Must possess the cultural background of the country and geographical region. (raised or educated in the county).
Familiarity with the communicative approach to language learning ILR language levels and OPI assessments highly desired.
Familiarity with various computer platforms including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting software (Zoom Skype MS Teams WebEx).
