Job Description
GardaWorld needs Casual Security Guards to fill assignments for various client sites in the London area. Casual Security Guards provide flexiblesupport to mulitple sites and can adapt to different work environments easily. For Casual/Floater Guards variety is the spice of life. You may be working at an office tower one week and the next week you may work at a community college then assigned to a condominium or retail mall. Your site is never the same your schedule flexibility allows you to jump from one site to another while gaining knowledge about each oneup to 40 hours/week.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Access control of entryways and exit points using equipment at your disposal
- Enforce property regulations and city bilaws on the clients site
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
- Protect the clients assets relative to theft fire and other safety issues
- Complete daily reports and incident reports
- Provide excellent customer service
- Competitive wages beginning at $14.55/hour sometime site dependent and higher

- Valid Ontario Security Guard licence
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year or more securityrelated experience
- Good communication skills (written/oral)
- Flexibly available to work 24/7 and on call
- Drivers licence and car (asset) allowing you access to a larger area of work
- Excellent customer service and resourcefulness
- Good adaptability
- Vulnerable Sector Check Clearance required.
