Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from high school and one year of related office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Besides the minimum qualifications already defined the following are preferred: A College degree or an Associates degree from a Community College. At least two years of secretarial experience in an academic department with a total of four or more years of office experience. Knowledge of Banner Yomart eprint and other reporting software and policies that are used by Appalachian State University. Knowledge of Accounting Finance HR Payroll and other business systems.
