Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following description of work to be performed by this individual is not intended to be allinclusive. Rather it focuses on the major tasks that must be accomplished.
- Ensure that safety is always the number one priority at Alexandria Industries; promote and support a safe work environment and safety oriented culture by following all safety programs and guidelines.
- Paint and trim mold products to meet customer specifications.
- Operator must learn the templates for paint patterns and material change overs
- Be able to assist in the planning and prioritizing of production needs
- Be selfmotivated! And able to work as part of a team. This is a team dept.
- Ensure all quality practices are being followed accurately and efficiently
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to recognize safety concerns
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Decision making skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to take part in continuous learning on site and by On the job training.
