We are seeking a Director of Application Development within the Enterprise Technology Department. This role will focus on application roadmap solution delivery support and continuous improvement. In this role you will have the ability to design effective solutions for our business execute efficiently and pivot along the way will be critical to achieving success in the company. The ideal match for this position will have an understanding of tax audit and advisory specific custom solutions built using Microsoft Technologies. Experience in leading and managing large custom applications solutions and delivery on platforms like .Net and SharePoint.

What Work You Will Be Responsible For:
Deliver and manage cloudbased solutions on platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS ensuring high availability scalability and security of enterprise applications.
Work with SaaS products and integrate them into larger enterprise ecosystems to optimize business workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Design and deliver scalable userfriendly solutions with a focus on UI/UX leveraging technologies like Angular and React to enhance user interfaces and experience.
Document design build using best practices such as: Journey mapping Personas and Persona development Usage scenarios Wire frame and Prototyping.
Create conceptual and detailed technical design documents and works with the business to update as needed
Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints including the ability to estimate work needed
Assesses functional and nonfunctional requirements and creates designs to meet both business and technical needs
Manage a team of employees and contractors
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferably in Technology or related field.
15 years of experience in building and managing custom applications with hands on delivery experience in the Professional Services industry and integrated business applications for large enterprise with supervisory management and administrative experience required.
Preferred or Desired Skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders concurrently demonstrated experience operating in an unstructured & collaborative environment.
Preference towards candidates that have worked in an international business setting and have experience with and passion for working in diverse teams.
Experience in working in crossfunctional process and development teams.
Ability to interface with various disciplines as well as work independently.
Ability to prioritize tasks/projects to meet deadlines and capable of handling multiple requests simultaneously.
Understanding of AI concepts and ability to use them in applications is strong plus.
Experience integrating enterprise platforms like SAP NetSuite and business applications both on Prem and cloud.
Knowledge of microservices architecture NoSQL databases and OpenAPI specifications to architect robust efficient and secure applications.
