We are looking for a talented Senior Automation QA Engineer to join our growing team working on an innovative cloudbased facilities management solution. If youre passionate about ensuring highquality software and enjoy mentoring junior team members this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What Youll Do:
- Develop and maintain automated test cases using Robot Framework for functionality integration and regression testing.
- Design and implement test automation frameworks for both API and UI testing leveraging Robot Frameworks keyworddriven approach.
- Write custom Python libraries to extend Robot Framework for specific testing needs.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure comprehensive test coverage for new features.
- Mentor junior QA team members promoting best practices in automation and performance testing.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of test code.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Generate and maintain detailed test reports logs and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
- 5 years of experience in web application testing with a focus on automation and performance testing.
- At least 4 years of handson experience with automation QA specifically using Robot Framework.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies especially SAFe and test management systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Proven ability to mentor junior QA team members and drive quality standards.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Python or Java.
- Familiarity with MS Azure.
