2025 WCVB Summer Internship Program
Application Submissions: 3/3/20253/17/2025
The 2025 WCVB Summer Internship Program offers a variety of opportunities for students entering or currently in their junior or senior years at an accredited community college college or university. The program runs for 1012 weeks requiring a commitment of 24 hours per week with flexible scheduling depending on the department.

Broadcast Technical Operations
The Engineering Department is responsible for all equipment under the observation of tech staff members. You will be exposed to real world daily technical operations/challenges in a television station. This program will be designated for students to gain additional training in specialized engineering fields. This program provides extensive training in equipment.
- Control Room/Studio Operations (Floor Direct Robos Audio Technical Direct)
- Air Operations (Master Control/Air Assist)
- ENG (Electronic News Gathering) Receive
- Information Technology
Note: There will be a mandatory intern orientation prior to your official first day of work.
