As part of the Business Development Team we are looking for a Business Development Analyst to join our Team. You will play a critical role in driving our business strategy enhancing operational efficiency and contributing to our longterm growth. Collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams you will be at the forefront of aligning our business goals with operational excellence. Develop Business Plans and Revenue Models: Support the creation of comprehensive business plans for new content and products incorporating direct revenues secondary revenues and halo effects. Collaborating with the Content and Product teams as well as the Data Office
THE CHALLENGE:
- Develop and execute Sales strategies (incl. Business Plans & Revenue models) that align with the companys overall business goals.
- Work closely with key stakeholders across departments such as Product Marketing Sales and Finance to drive performance.
- Analyze market trends customer needs and business performance to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead or contribute to business initiatives that improve efficiency reduce costs and drive revenue growth.
- Manage relationships with key internal and external partners.
- Provide insights and recommendations for business optimization and growth opportunities.
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelors degree in economics Sports Management Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) Power BI is a plus
- Proven experience in the field of financial analysis reporting or data analytics
- Strong analytical skills with experience in datadriven decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills able to influence key stakeholders.
- Experience managing crossfunctional projects and teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with relevant tools and platforms (e.g. CRM ERP data analytics platforms).
- Handson ability and a real team player!
