You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Compliance Business Partner Manager ensures adherence to regulatory and ethical standards across the UK Ireland and the Nordics. Acting as the face of Compliance this role collaborates with key stakeholders to proactively manage risks implement compliance programs and foster a culture of integrity. With a deep understanding of pharmaceutical regulations the manager will oversee compliance operations support business decisionmaking and contribute to regional and global compliance initiatives.
Please note that we offer a hybrid work model with our office located in St. Albans (UK).
What Youll Do
Develop and promote a strong culture of compliance ensuring ethical behavior and accountability.
Identify assess and mitigate compliance risks across the UK Ireland and Nordics collaborating with business leaders.
Provide expert guidance on regulatory and compliance matters supporting various departments and functions.
Review and approve interactions engagements and contracts ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
Manage transparency reporting processes overseeing disclosures and ensuring accuracy in regulatory submissions.
Support thirdparty risk management conducting due diligence and advising on risk mitigation strategies.
Conduct internal monitoring audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to policies and industry codes.
Deliver compliance training programs for employees and external partners fostering awareness and understanding.
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring to the Role
Bachelors degree in Law Business Life Sciences or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
57 years of experience in compliance within the pharmaceutical industry with a strong regulatory background.
Deep knowledge of European pharmaceutical regulations (EFPIA IFPMA) and local compliance requirements in the UK Ireland and Nordics.
Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs policies and training initiatives.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to assess risks and recommend effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes.
Professional certifications in compliance (e.g. Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional)
Professional fluency in English knowledge of Swedish Finnish Danish or Norwegian is a plus.
