SUMMARY The HOA Concierge Banker is a very unique position in banking and ultimately is responsible for being an extension of the HOA Operations team for select high net worth property management clients. The position will serve as a direct point of contact for those clients alongside the HOA Relationship Manager and is expected to be highly responsive with a focus on exceptional customer service. The HOA Concierge Banker directly reports to and works under the supervision of the HOA Operations Manager. The incumbent is responsible for servicing the daily needs of clients assisting with new account requests research and online banking support. Comfortable communicating and understanding the requests from clients able to identify their needs and to seek assistance from internal partners. The HOA Concierge Banker identifies opportunities to deepen existing relationships and partner with the HOA Relationship Managers by uncovering needs and suggesting additional products and services. This position provides advanced operational support for HOA and Property Management clients in the of business activities. Provides a superior level of customer service and promotes the service and sales culture. HOA and Property Management knowledge is required to perform operational and client support functions associated with servicing and ongoing maintenance of existing relationships. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Provides exceptional and consistent high level of service handling inbound client inquiries training requests and support related to Deposit Treasury Management Lockbox and Online Banking products specifically tailored for HOA and property management companies.
- Serves as primary contact for inquiries troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Identifies opportunities to refer products and services to new and existing clients to meet business needs.
- Resolves client issues in alignment with service standards and business goals
- Stay updated on industry best practices.
- Collaborate with Sunwest Bank teams and thirdparty vendors to provide assistance to clients.
- Offers recommendations for process improvements.
- Understands and complies with Bank policies procedures and regulations governing job responsibilities.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not have supervisory responsibilities MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Five 5 years of banking experience including operations and client support.
- Two 2 years HOA/Property Management and Banking experience.

- Understanding of Windowsbased personal computers
