Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Campaign Specialist to strengthen our social media efforts and ensure we reach the right people with the right message at the right time. Our current Digital Campaign Manager is going on maternity leave and we need someone to cover her role and drive both organic and paid social media while she is away and to stay on as a permanent part of the team when she returns!

You will become a part of our global Brand team consisting of 25 specialists. You will work out of Hellerup and play a key role in developing and executing strategic paid social campaigns to support our business growth.

 

What you will do:

If you love to solve creative and practical challenges and are eager to help us push an already highly respected consultancy to do even better every day you will fit right in with our creative team of nerdy and eclectic professionals.

In this role you will:

  • Work closely with our markets and business units to identify campaign needs define goals and align on budgets 
  • Set up execute and optimise paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta to ensure maximum reach and engagement
  • Create insightful reports and performance analyses to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
  • Manage our organic SoMe efforts ensuring timely and impactful content distribution and reporting on performance
  • Act as the main point of contact on (organic and paid) SoMe inquiries and manage stakeholder expectations ensuring transparent communication

In addition you will manage our content calendar to ensure timely and impactful content distribution. You will work closely with our external agency to leverage their expertise to push our campaigns to new heights. At the same time you will collaborate with our content team on crafting highperforming ad creatives and organic posts that resonate with our audience.

 

Who are you

You probably hold a masters degree in (digital) marketing communication IT or similar. You have 2 years of experience in managing paid social B2B campaigns ideally also organic content and preferably from an agency or within the professional services industry. You possess solid knowledge of social media platforms and advertising tools including LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Facebook Ads Manager. Finally you are a (obviously! a team player and experience with navigating multiple stakeholders preferably in an international context will be a great plus.

As we would love for you to get a good handover from our Digital Campaign Manager the ideal start date would be May 1 no later than June 1. We will be conducting interviews on an ongoing basis.
