RESPEC seeks an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Engineer/Manager for our Loveland or Denver CO locations.
The successful candidate will take the reins in developing our Water/Wastewater group in the Denver or Loveland CO area to new heights. Your leadership will be pivotal in expanding our footprint delivering highimpact solutions and shaping the future of our water and wastewater projects. Responsibilities include:
- Lead manage and oversee water and wastewater projects from conception to successful completion ensuring alignment with project scope budget and timeline
- Collaborate closely with clients stakeholders and team members to define project objectives requirements and technical specifications
- Conduct indepth engineering analyses feasibility studies and intricate design work for water and wastewater systems
- Prepare and review engineering reports plans specifications and other project deliverables to ensure the highest quality
- Navigate permitting processes and ensure adherence to local state and federal regulations for projects
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather essential data and provide technical guidance during construction phases
- Manage construction activities meticulously track project documentation and adeptly address any design modifications or issues that arise
- Stay ahead of industry trends technological advancements and best practices to continually enhance project outcomes
Qualifications :
Candidates must have the following:
- A bachelor of science degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABETaccredited program
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Colorado or the ability to obtain within 6 months
- Approximately 10 years of proven experience in successfully managing water and wastewater engineering projects
- Proficiency in industrystandard software for hydraulic modeling CAD design and project management
- Strong comprehension of water treatment distribution wastewater collection and treatment processes
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal to effectively convey complex technical information
- Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional teams multitask effectively and manage multiple projects concurrently
Additional Information :
Compensation: The typical salary range for this position is $110000 to $140000. Salary depends on several factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringebenefits package. RESPEC is a 100 percent employeeowned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.
