JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with departments to validate that all KSDs and ERP/PDREP data entries comply with Navy standards relating to receipt accountability and disposition.
- Initiate and track all Product Quality Deficiency Report (PQDR) Supply Discrepancy Report (SDR) Counterfeit material Contract Award Delivery Date (CAD) Material Inspection Record (MIR) in the PDREP administration system.
- Perform inventories (e.g. periodic spot check walltowall triennial etc. as assigned using prepared reports
- Assist in conducting inventories aboard and at other designated locations.
- Assist the PDREP/Counterfeit Coordinator with implementing operating and maintaining the PDREP/Counterfeit program policies and procedures at Corona Division.
- Assist with all management of OM&S material PreExpended Bins (PEB) Work In Progress (WIP) and OM&S material in the hands of the end users.
- Assist with OM&S disposition.
- Ensure all OM&S ERP movement types qualify as adequate KSD per applicable OM&S references.
- Validate all assigned OM&S Designation of Authority Letters are current and update.
- Provide OM&S customer service to all departments and codes assigned to Corona Division.
- Access and pull PDREP reports using the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system.
- Up to 85lbs lifting may be required as well as standing for periods of time and walking Access and pull OM&S reports using ERP.
- Other material /supply tech duties as required.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- (Required) SECRETClearance.
- (Required)Minimum two 2 years of experience in supply chain management & procurement.
- Required Minimum two 2 years of experience in inventory procurement purchasing management and managing vendors.
- (Required)Minimum one 1 year of experience utilizingMicrosoft Office (PowerPoint Excel Word Outlook Teams SharePoint etc.
- (Required)Minimum one 1 year experience utilizingERP/PDREP OM&S ERP PIEE

- Naval Surface Warfare Center (Corona Division) Fallbrook Ca
HOURS OF OPERATION
- 0Monday through Friday 8 hours per day 40 hours per week)
COMPENSATION
- $31.00$35.00 USD Per hour (Rate D.O.E.
