Dream is looking for an Analyst Leasing & Asset Management

The successful candidate will have solid technical skills and the ability to multitask. They will be a quick learner with a strong attention to detail an inquisitive mind and never stops looking for improvements in their work. The successful candidate is Big Picture oriented and are not afraid to think outside the box to achieve a high quality of work. They are confident in their financial knowledge but do not shy away from constructive feedback from their peers.
What will you do
Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more but we can discuss those in person.
Maintaining the accounting records at corporate level:
- Be involved in portfolio analysis asset management and other investment and portfolio initiatives;
- Create and maintain financial models using Excel software for cash and income forecasting asset management and various variance and sensitivity analysis;
- Maintain Argus models including market assumptions leases recovery structures and tenant incentives;
- Work with leasing & portfolio managers on lease deal projections and analysis;
- Participate in operational update meetings track operational activities and conduct industry research;
- Prepare presentations and reports for management as required; and
- Improve upon existing processes and technology to provide valueadded information to portfolio and senior management.
Qualifications:
- You have 24 years of applicable work experience
- Youve obtained a University degree or have equivalent experience wed especially like it if you had a background in business economics math statistics or computer science
- Developing pro formas and valuations for real estate investments is not new to you Make sure you tell us!
- You have strong computer skills including the ability to develop robust financial models using Microsoft Excel
- You are comfortable with models and with the impact and implications of change
- Extra points if you have prior experience with Argus Enterprise
