Rotunda serves as the tools and equipment division of Ford Motor Company. As part of the Ford Customer Service Division and Service Engineering & Operations our mission is to equip dealers with the necessary tools equipment and expert consultation to optimize repair capabilities and enhance service efficiency. Additionally the role requires coordinating with other Ford groups for facility expansion projects and new service facility builds.
Responsibilities
What youll do
- Approve quotes and act as the quote system owner.
- Provide support for RSOMs and field operations.
- Manage UCC/ICA and handle Rotunda Call Center escalations.
- Coordinate with Quicklane Service Bay Expansion Ford Pro Elite and other teams on facility projects.
- Assist RSOMs with facility action projects including managing the installer process
- Manage purchase orders and process invoices for Bosch line items and blueprint drawings.
- Assist internal Ford customers with Rotunda tool and equipment purchases.
- Identify marketing opportunities and coordinate with suppliers.
- Oversee quarterly financing and provide PTS finance updates.
- Approve finance terms and manage aging receivables.
- Conduct monthly RSOM Team and individual RSOM meetings as well as new hire onboarding.
- Prepare monthly reports and conduct Bosch quarterly reviews.
Qualifications
Youll have
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of dealership experience
- 2 years of program management experience

- Strong communications skills

This position is a range of salary grades 68 .
