Job Description Summary:
Join Our Team as a Medical Physicist and Shape the Future of Cancer Care!Location Options: Kalispell MT (inperson) or Hybrid while living in Montana
Hybrid Work Eligibility: Must reside in Montana and be willing to travel regularly to the Flathead Valley.
What You Bring
Education: Masters or Ph.D. in Medical Physics Physics or related field.
Experience: Residency in Therapy Medical Physics or equivalent ABRqualifying training.
Certifications:
ABR Part 1 Certification upon hire (full ABR Certification required within five years).
Healthcare Provider CPR or BLS certification (within 60 days of hire).
Preferred: Experience with systems like Varian TrueBeam and Elekta and AMP certification.
Skills: Critical thinker team player and a master of both precision and innovation.

What Youll Do
Oversee treatment planning systems and guide dosimetrists to deliver precise lifechanging care.
Perform quality assurance procedures to ensure therapy machines operate at peak performance.
Lead acceptance testing and commissioning of new cuttingedge equipment.
Act as a patient advocate and collaborate closely with the care team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Participate in strategic planning for the department contributing to the evolution of radiation oncology services.
Provide expertise in advanced techniques including HDR and Gamma Knife radiosurgery as an NRC Authorized Medical Physicist (AMP).
