Job Description

  • Liverpool city centre office base hybrid working

The role

As the ICT Application and Project Support Officer you will provide support for the Groups business and cloud applications acting as a key point of contact for endtoend management of all support queries which will include working in partnership with suppliers to deliver an exceptional customer focused service for our end users.

You will assist in administering all application processes and act as lead on corporate projects that help to deliver an excellent IT service promoting efficient ways of working data integrity and data quality and best use of data. You will be expected to attend different office locations when required.

The right fit

  • Educated to A level or HND standard or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of systems e.g. MRI Housing MRI Repairs Open Accounts DRS Wisdom.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform Microsoft Forms and APIs Able to identify own and resolve problems in a practical manner.
  • Excellent customer awareness and customer support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of internal and external customer needs.
  • Knowledge of information security and data protection.
  • Effective team player.
  • Able to remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Ability to work outside of normal work hours.
  • The post holder may on occasion be required to travel to other offices and therefore the ability to travel to other offices and locations which may not be easily accessible by public transport.
