Job Description
As a Technology Sales Professional youll assist in daily retail operations providing outstanding customer service representing the Cellcom brand with integrity and offering personalized product recommendations. Were seeking individuals with a high school education 12 years of retail experience and familiarity with cellular phones.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist in daytoday operations at Cellcom retail stores including customer assistance inquiries and representing the brand with integrity and knowledge.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs through lifestyle questions and offering personalized product and service recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends to empower customers with suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and perform any other duties as assigned to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Employees may be required to assist at different retail locations in addition to their usual work location.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- 12 years of retail or related experience demonstrating customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using cellular phones and basic knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
- Goaldriven mindset with the ability to exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
A successful candidate for this role would be a goaloriented individual with excellent communication skills a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to adapt to a fastpaced retail environment.
