Job Title: Implementation Specialist I
Operating Company: Environmental Solutions Group SoftPak
Location: Remote
Reports to: Vice President Operations
Department: Research and Development
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Implementation Specialist I assists external clients in the implementation of technical systems software hardware or solutions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
- Evaluates client needs develops configurations that support business processes.
- Defines and executes on delivery and implementation plans.
- Tests and troubleshoots final system setups.
- Provides training and enduser support and documentation during and after the implementation process.
- Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
- Work is closely managed.
- Minimal travel is needed up to 1015.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree is required or equivalent experience.
- Waste industry experience preferred.
- 02 years of related experience.
- Experience with software implementations and data conversions preferred.
- Detailed oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal communication documentation and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to multitask to handle several projects at once.
- Comfortable communicating within all levels of an organization.

Demonstrates a commitment to the entire business and is supportive of all initiatives (company and departmental) to help grow Environmental Solutions Group business in the United States and abroad. Continual Improvement and Problem Resolution: Identifies and communicates suggestions for work improvements. Uses technical and analytical abilities to assure existing work practices are the most efficient and cost effective possible. Performs rootcause analysis and implements viable permanent solutions to problems. Works with both internal and external customers to develop solutions which meet companywide needs and objectives. Applies a sense of urgency to resolve problems or creates opportunities that will increase productivity and create value. Shares best practices with other employees across the business.
Accountability: Accepts responsibility and accessibility for both the strategic planning and the successful implementation of all projects programs and duties as outlined in this job description. Advises supervisor of concerns problems and progress of work in a timely manner.
